Senior IT Support Technician

***SENIOR IT SUPPORT TECHNICIAN***
Profiles Personnel is working with an established and growing managed IT and cyber security provider looking for an experienced Senior IT Support Technician to join their team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced technician with experience of working within an MSP environment who can take ownership of more complex first, second and third line issues, act as an escalation point for the wider team, and lead on Microsoft-centric support and projects.

This role would suit someone who enjoys getting stuck into complex technical challenges, supporting customers and being the go-to person when things get a little more complicated!
Salary - £40K - £55K (depending on experience)

We're looking for someone with:

• Strong, demonstrable experience with Microsoft Intune – essential!
• Microsoft Azure administration experience
• High-level Microsoft 365 support and administration
• Microsoft Copilot and wider 365 knowledge
• Experience working within an IT support environment (MSP experience preferred)
• Excellent customer-facing communication skills
• The confidence to troubleshoot complex issues and take ownership
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle

Experience with Halo PSA, Power Apps, Power Automate or wider networking knowledge? Even better!
